Peach Prosecco Popsicles
When I came across this recipe in the July Issue of InStyle, I knew I had to try it! A refreshing treat for the pool or beach with a little spritz of happy hour! The recipe comes from Lindsay Laricks of Fresher than Fresh Sno Cones.
3 cups unsweetened white grape juice
1 cup prosecco
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
6 peaches sliced ( I also added blueberries)
Combine all liquids in a container with a pour spout. Place peaches and blueberries in frozen popsicle molds. Our liquid over fruit and freeze and enjoy!
